UNILAG TO MAULAG:

May 29^th 2012, democracy in Nigeria would be a day the prestigious university of Lagos (unilag) was rechristened to moshood abiola university. This sparked protests from the students who are still protesting most of the students think they are to fresh to bear maulag which is the new acronym but prefer unilag which they feel is fresher and prestigious. The institution was created 1962.on twitter it trended for days, as the president was dissed and change of name jokes were cracked non stop. As The alumni of the institution of the defunct unilag head to court and the on going protest, the big question is would the president oga GEJ changed the name back? As this is also coming after the death of its 10^th vice chancellor.
